BlogCatalog - The Blog Social Network
Today i want to talk about Blog Catalog. It is Blog Social Network from where you can get traffic, backlinks and build relationship with other bloggers.
What does Blog Catalog offer?
- This is catalog as we can understand from title and you can submit your blog in directory. This is main meaning of this site.
- Here you can find Discussions page, which i like very much. It is something like forum, there are threads about blogging and you can talk with other bloggers, with it you can get some traffic.
- There are also Groups where are united people about some subject and they open threads about this subject.
- As i have already said you can build relationship with BC, it’s really true. Here you can add other members as friend and share your stuff to them. You also can leave messages them.
- And another service is logs on your blog, it is competitor of mybloglog and it is used by a lot of blogs.
Blog Catalog
This was what i want to say about blog catalog, and i want to start BC Marketing and try to get more then 30-40 unique visitors per day from this site.
If you have any experience in Blog Catalog marketing you can give me any advices 
Well I have no experience with Blog Catalog but have seen a lot more people trying to connect with people on it, so it’s obviously got some benefits
This is a great network for a lot of new bloggers. Even for ones that are new to blogging it is nice to converse with other bloggers.

Coincidentally I just came back from BC to do a broadcast. Though I don’t maximize the use of it, it’s still a good place to network with fellow bloggers.

Yes i already joined this network 1 year ago and i can get many nice blogger there. Now i have lot of friend from another country and we talk lot about internet business via msn.
I for one, do not get much traffic from blog catalog. I am more active on mybloglog.
Regardless, I feel blogcatalog is a great blog aggregator and directory. It is just that I have not learned the tips and tricks of the same.

I haven’t joined this one yet either, but I see it from time to time when I am searching for something and I have found some good bloggers in it. I didn’t know about the discussion or group aspect of it though, so I will have to check it out when I get some time.
